THE
COMPOUND’S 4TH ANNUAL
ATHLETE PERFORMANCE CAMP
The Athlete Performance Camp is a unique program designed to progressively
improve athletic ability. Combining cutting edge technique with carefully
applied strength and conditioning principles, the athlete can expect
significant improvements in speed, agility, strength, flexibility,
power, mental toughness and, most importantly, sports performance.
Upon completion of the camp, not only will the athletes’ performance
improve, but they will achieve greater knowledge and understanding
of proper form, technique, nutrition, mental preparation and strategies
for achieving their goals.
The camp goes for 7 weeks and begins on June 14th, 2010. Athletes
will meet at designated times* on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday,
with Wednesday as a rest day. The last day of camp will be August
1.

Athletic
Engineering
is not your modern day “fitness club” mindset. We do not
offer amenities
like front desk girls, assisted pull-up machines, or air conditioning.
Because our focus is on the results of
our clients, every inch of our facility is used for training. There
are no juice bars or tanning beds. It is not a cozy
place and we do not poison our atmosphere with sappy music or members
talking on cell phones.
It
is our belief that life is an athletic event when it’s lived
to the fullest. It’s not a coincidence that
athletes have the most impressive physiques. Regardless of how people
say it, everyone wants
to look and be more athletic. Every one of our clients trains like
an athlete. From the aspiring junior high
football player to the 65 year old senior, our goal is always the
same: To improve our clients’ strength, power, speed,
flexibility and endurance and overall athleticism. The end result
of our training process is always the same, as well:
A leaner, muscular, more powerful physique and improved athletic ability.
Our
gym is a throwback facility. We are built upon the old school belief
that the gym is where boundaries are
to be pushed, mountains are to be climbed and records are to be crushed.

common thread of a true desire to be their very best, and an understanding
that this achievement
only comes with hard work.
